Effective October 29, 2026
Torta Pounder is a game for iPhone published by Mateo Frazier / XOVEREIGN. This policy covers the app and its TestFlight beta builds.
The game does not collect, store on our servers, sell or share any personal information. It has no accounts, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs, and it makes no network connections during gameplay.
Your level progress, best scores, hoop earrings earned and settings (sound, haptics) are saved only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them.
If you test a beta build through Apple's TestFlight, Apple may share with us the information you choose to submit through TestFlight, such as your feedback, screenshots, crash reports and the email address you used to join. Apple's handling of that information is covered by Apple's privacy policy. We use it only to fix and improve the game.
The game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
